It was my first time dinging in a Korean restaurant. Really nice food, the experience of grilling yourself the meet was very different and unique. Service was very good, nice choice of Asian beers. This is the kind of meal that is nicer to have with friends/group of people.

Bann is a different way to dine out. You get marinated meat that you can grill yourself, as well as appetizers and fully cooked items. We decided on the small BBQ platter that was plenty for both of us. It was $50, but it came with lettuce wraps, sauces, vegetables, and rice.

Many friends told me to try out this restaurant and I was little skeptical.I dislike spicy food.I love BBQ Dishes so I gave them a shot. The food was tremendous and the wait staff had patience with my 1000 questions. Do not be afraid to ask a few questions about their menu-They will guide you through it.

This was our first time at Bann but definitely won’t be our last. Our first impression was very positive; we liked the décor & friendly service. Not being familiar with Korean food we left it up to our very competent waiter Manny to make some suggestions. We had the stir fried glass noodles for our appetizer & for our entrees we shared the boneless short rib barbeque & the black cod & daikon. Everything was absolutely delicious.

First a partial disclaimer - this was our first time to a Korean restaurant so we didn't have a clear idea of what to expect at Bann. We were pleasantly surprised at the upscale decor and pleasant and attentive service. Prepared for the more usual asian fare we were at a loss when first looking at the menu. Our waiter was very helpful, explaining all the dishes and the styles of food from the apps to the entrees. We settled on a pancake filled with KimChi for the shared appetizer, which was quite good and large enough we dared not finish it between the two of us. The spicy pork tenderloin BBQ was very good - there is some work involved but they did offer to cook it in the kitchen. It did take a bit of timing to avoid burning the thinly sliced nicely marinated pork, but the payoff was good. The black cod with daikon was tender, flavorful and nicely prepared and presented. In comparison to other dining experiences this one was enjoyable, the food was very fresh and flavors robust, and the service was friendly and professional.
