We randomly selected this restaurant for a Father's day brunch before catching a Broadway show. (BTW Newsie was awesome. Perfect musical for family) What a find! We liked everything about this restaurant. We loved the decor - modern and yet a little eclectic. For NYC standard, the tables are not too close to each other. Plenty of elbow room. Service was amazing. The staff was very attentive. They'd note whenever we finished a plate and were eager to clear the table. Whenever someone gets up, they'd come by to refold napkins. I'd expect that level of service for a lot fancier restaurant. And the food!! We're not big fan of breads but their bread assortment was so yummy, we went through two baskets (they promptly gave us another one as soon as we blew through the first one). The arugula salad was perfectly done. The egg florentine with spinach was done so well (would have easily finished if we didn't devour those breads). Mimosa and bellini were delicious. My son's burger was huge! Again very flavorful and nicely done.
I can't wait to try their dinner menu next time. Try Etcetera Etcetera, you'll be glad you tried.
