We enjoyed a wonderfully prepared meal on New Year's Eve to meet family visiting from Switzerland and staying in SoHo area. Although our table was nearest the front entrance and coat rack, the warm ambiance and prompt service on a busy night made it worth the trip from New Jersey. My squash soup was velvety smooth and tasty, and the butternut ravioli just the right amount and seasoned perfectly. My son and husband both enjoyed their veal and spinach linguine dishes, although my son's request for a salad was denied since it was not a menu option that evening. The menu is nicely balanced with a limited number of choices, and we enjoyed the red wine and desserts, although my husband thought the Tiramisu could have been better. Tables in the back might be less noisy and closer to the rather large bathroom for smaller New York restaurants. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a comfortable, informal meal in Soho at a reasonable price for excellently prepared quality food.
