One of the best attractions I visited in New York. An amazing view amd I didn't expect to be that good. I would to make another visit and my first stop is to visit One World again.

The observatory is on the 100th floor of the One World Trade Center building. You take the elevator to the 102th floor (43 seconds) and then walk down to the observation deck. You get a 360 degree view of New York City. It is a fantastic view. If you are in Now York City, you must go to the observatory.

We simply enjoyed our time at the top. We had booked combo tickets so getting in was quick. The ipads given by them are useful but then you get bored of carrying them around. the presentation about the city was interesting.
Most awesome was the short film they show about the city before you enter, which gives dramatic effect to the entry. i loved that part

Positives: 360 degree view; fast elevator

Negatives: problems with iPad took ages to resolve. First attendant said he didn’t deal with them and I have to go downstairs. Downstairs couldn’t find anyone to assist. Eventually a man took me to find someone to assist. All wasted 15 mins.

I have to say that Empire Stare do it better.
