If you are a master card holder elite, you can skip the line and purchase your tickets. It is a great experience to ride the elevator to the top and see a 360 movie on the elevator panels all around you. When you get to the top, you can walk around and see the entire city. Great to view during the day and night, and they are different experiences.

We bought the tickets in advance at a discount. We prayed for clear skies but failed. The staff said we could reschedule the visit but our itinerary wouldn't allow it. The observatory was nice and clean and the staff was professional.

Very nice view at the top. The ride up in the elevator is a treat in itself. I didn't quite get the multimedia installations in the entrance hall and at the main level. It is pretty organized but get the skip the line ticket anyways.
