Family with two children (or three) could enjoy this perfect department quite well equiped. Its location is very good, enough quiet and not so far of the main attractions. A good breakfast is included also so you are ready to visit NY earlier in the morning. A Gray Line stop is in the corner.

This doesn't feel like a hotel it is like having your own apartment - heaps of room to spread out for suitcases and shopping. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with a king in one room and 2 twins in the other - beds were really comfortable and I'm a tough critic. There is only 1 bathroom but it was a decent size and had storage places for all the bits and pieces. The apartment had so much storage so unusual - we could unpack and truly move in! Housekeeping was consistently good! The lift was not so slow - I had read reviews and was nervous given we were on the 8th floor. Staff were pleasant but we didn't have much contact but were lovely when we asked questions. Location is walking distance to lots of train stations, Times Square, Central Park, top of the rock - we did loads of walking and felt totally safe. Most nights noise levels were fine - for New York we had pretty good sleep quality. The kids enjoyed the waffle maker - if you are looking for an apartment style with heaps of space in a central location then look no further!

A perfect place to stay - all suite - beautiful - the staff is AMAZING! Close to everything, cross town bus route (straight to the Ferry) and everything in between. Great full breakfast complete with the NY TImes, USA Today, good food, excellent coffee - the only place I stay in NYC!

Great location and friendly staff. Size of room was very spacious (but we had a handicapped room by chance, so perhaps that was the reason). Only disadvantage was window looked at concrete wall and jackhammering outside our window starting at 8am. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed at this hotel because of previous experiences with Best Western. Was not disappointed. Very clean and with new furnishings, The hotel has all suites and they are big. Great location in Mid Town Manhattan, closer to Park Avenue than Broadway which makes it a bit quieter.

We booked this as two couples staying in New York for 5 nights. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Room service was very good and attended daily. Great location. Breakfast was provided, only draw back was plastic plates and utensils, other than that a good selection. Free tea and coffee throughout the day and night.
