Made reservations for this restaurant after watching a show on the Cooking station. Being from Texas had no idea where this NYC restaurant was. Right down the street from Central Park. Food was awesome, Bill and I split a steak and still did not finish it, the roasted slicked fried in duck fat were unbelievable! Lance, our waiter was observant not overbearing in taking care of us--plus the extras he brought to us. Hope to return again.
