We met some friends at Quality Meats for a Sunday evening dinner. We ran late and even though they were packed they found a way to get us in and seated in less than 15 minutes. The quality of the beef was second to none. The sides were great too. Of note was the Crème Brule Corn. And while a vodka martini is pretty much par for the course, theirs was shaken up perfectly. This is a great steakhouse and holds its own next to any of the greats that may well be better known.
