the ramens are really good, but a little too grease n heavy with the salts. the best is the half boiled egg that comes with the shiyo ramen are really good, boiled just perfect.

decent, esp lunch prices are lower than dinner. quality is slightly in decline since the original crew left for Japan

The restaurant in Tokyo is really good, but not in New York. I think the reason should be in the chef.

it reminds me something like the one which I ate at a new ramen retaurant at Meguro in Tokyo. I don't say very very traditional, but taste is actually good!
If they have more traditional seating, would be great..

Average ramen joint. However, it's quite a cramped space and not cheap. There are better places in NYC for ramen, that are cheaper and better (and have more space!)
