We stumbled upon this restaurant late in the afternoon and had an amazing lunch. The lobster roll is amazing especially when paired with the Bloody Mary.

We make the trip to NYC every year and Ed's is on the list every year. The food is always great, service is impeccable and cocktails are amazing. Keep up the good work Ed's!

Lobster roll is not to be missed. We sat at the counter, casual atmosphere, very busy. It was snowing outside & cosy inside. Waiting staff where very friendly. Very good value. 6 varieties of oysters also avail.

My husband and I always go for lunch at Ed's when we come into the city for our annual Christmas visit to see friends. The food is great and so is the bar. Excellent staff, great drinks and a very cozy feel. Definitely a great place to try next time you're in SoHo!

As soon as we walked in a server at the bar accommodated us, and he was clearly very busy., but he was so cordial and nice. We ended up sitting at the bar which is where I would recommend everyone to hit up- the tables are more secluded whereas the bar has a more friendly and vibrant feel. Plus you get to interact with the servers better. They helped us pick out some oysters and gave us a few of each kind so we could taste the different types. Not only were the oysters delicious, but the drinks were awesome. The Gin Blueberry mix was amazing...so good. And the lobster rolls were obviously fantastic.

Everyone there was just so nice that at the end of the night we kept talking about how we cannot wait to go back.
