I was staying nearby and had a conference a few block north. Rather than eating stale pastries at the hotel, I popped into Bibble and Sip. I got the everything bagel croissant and the brûléed tart. Both were fantastic but the EBC was amazing - shatteringly crisp and like nothing I'd ever tried. The seating area was really cozy and comfortable. The counter help was great and my order arrived super fast. Highly recommend.

Cozy place with only a few seats. We went when cream puffs not on sale yet (available only after 12pm, and before being sold out) so did get a seat for a sit-down coffee and panna cota; we kept the glass container as souvenir. Very good coffee and very nice seats.

Will return some other time for the puffs...we did visit in late afternoon, when unfortunately all puffs were gone...

Bibble and Sip has a great vibe and delicious teas and cream puffs. The location can get pretty crowded as it's small and very popular, but it's worth the stop. I had the blueberry tea-definitely strong blueberry flavor with no need for any type of sweetening. My daughter had the green tea matcha latte. Both were yummy. And then we tried the matcha cream puff. A-ma-zing! The pastry was perfect - slightly crisp on the outside, super tender on the inside. The cream was perfect-not too sweet and a perfect complement to the pastry. If matcha isn't your thing, don't worry-they had dark chocolate cream puffs that looked just as good as well as a nice selection of non-cream puff desserts.

Although it gets pretty crowded and it's not the type of place where you can have a seat and relax, because of how busy it gets, their pastries are beyond delicious! If you're a Matcha green tea fan, this is your place. Their matcha lattes are pretty good but make sure you stir it well and let it sit for a couple of minutes before enjoying it, because it tastes kinda "powdery" at first. Their matcha green tea puffs are amazing! I just wish this was located in another neighborhood, it can get very touristy. BUT great place nonetheless.

We went here twice in 1 day actually, first to try the lavender latte which was excellent and back after noon for the crème puffs! The Matcha (green tea) crème puff was excellent!! My friend also let me try her Earl Grey crème puff which was also very good!!
Neat place, just wish it was a little bigger inside.
