Very pleasantly surprised by every positive aspect of this small property at the intersection of Little Italy and Chinatown. Amazingly kind and helpful staff. Clever use of space. Modern conveniences galore. Quiet space. Coffee all the time! Great value.

The entire staff at this lovely hotel were amazing. The location was good. Our room was clean and new. The roof top deck was a bonus. Morgan the GM was fantastic. Loved the Little Tart pastries in the morning. They suggested two really nice restaurants that were wonderful. Thanks again.

Room Tip: We were on the fourth floor facing the street with a small french balcony.

Well what can I say… arrived late afternoon to a wonderful greeting. Had mentioned our anniversary and a bottle of fizz was waiting for us in our room. Morgan was the most fantastic host. Room great, everything you need. Location fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better hotel - make sure you go up to the roof terrace for the views of Downtown and Empire State Building. Will definitely stay again. David & Justine

The hotel is located in China town. It is easy to try different Chinese or Asian food. The front desk does not know the local restaurants well to recommend any good seafood restaurant. I think some people greet the hotel guests well, some don’t. The rating is little higher than my experience. They really need some training to be professional.
Regarding transportation from LGA,it is possible to get there from LGA by Bus ($15) to the grand central terminal then take subway #6, get out at the spring station and few minutes walk. The hotel also can arrange a ride to LGA. If you have more than 2 people, it is convenient and inexpensive.
No breakfast here - only coffee and Danish pastry from ~7am. It be gone within 30 to 45 minutes. Egg Shop is near by and provides good breakfast. Or you can try some dim sum in the morning. Some Chinese restaurants open around 8AM or 9AM.

I felt the street is too dirty so I won’t stay in China town in the future.

I appreciate you giving us a try while visiting NYC. I am sorry you found the staff to be anything less than professional. While I am not certain how we missed the opportunity to be more accommodating, I do hope that we will have the opportunity to win you over on your next visit.

I know the collective team would love to fix that initial impression! Please let us know if you're coming back to town.

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are really helpful and genuine. It is in the heart of Little Italy, great fro walking to Lower Manhattan and other areas. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Last but not least is the wonderful views from the rooftop terrace. I would stay here again.
