Almost hard to find a more French place in Paris,Keith McNally has done his homework.I got stunned seeing all busboys,waiters, bar backs,food runners etc.etc It,s like entering a formal cruise.Not to forget all food and bev. mgrs on the floor. No wonder there are many ways to run up a tab quickly here.Staff is like an old Benetton ad.
Bartenders with class, serves you cocktails you never heard of with confidence.First you feel close to intimidated,The food are straight forward, French Brasserie like, nothing missing. I assume it,s going to be another success.
