Had high expectations for this restaurant but sadly it didn't live up to that. The views are fantastic and it is definitely worthwhile to get there before the sun sets and then watch the city light up. We opted for the set price menu option. For what you pay, the meal was just ok. Though you are paying for the view, the restaurant is aiming for fine dining and it really doesn't hit the spot. Service was ok, but it became annoying as they seemed to want to rush us through our meal. Delaying tactic ensued and we won. I come from Australia where tips and gratuities are not the common thing. I realise it is part of America's culture, but to have it added to your bill when there is only 2 of you just seemed plain rude. The 20% tip was way over the top. The casual dining one floor down might be better value
