It makes a difference. Beautiful nights of sleep, wonderful beds, and floor to ceiling windows with automatic multi-layered blinds, shades, sheers or curtains. Super friendly staff: kind, engaged, helpful, and genuine. They could have been pretentious, but no. From the front desk, to the lobby, to the bar and restaurant, employees were just perfect in their attitudes and how they treated guests. Thank you for that! Naturally, the location is hard to beat. And if you get the Hyatt credit card bonus with Chase, you can even manage to score a couple of free nights here. How sweet it is...
