“Fun experience for kids both young and old”
Reviewed January 31, 2013

Yes it's expensive, yes it's always very busy, yes it's full of tourists but it's such a fun and cool place to wander around! We visited quite a few times just to browse, especially after the first time we visited the staff and an "M&M" character were dancing to various songs including Gagnam Style which was just such fun and made everyone smile and chuckle. Each time we went in there were different items on sale and those items were very good value, eg. kids melamine cereal bowl for $1, kids plastic and glittery beaker $2. Even if you don't plan on spending any money in it's worth a visit both for the novelty factor in seeing what has been M&M-ed and also to bring a smile to your face and make you feel like a (big) kid in a candy store...

“A must see if you have kids”
Reviewed January 27, 2013

4 floors of delicious chocolatey goodness. If you have kids they will love it here. Super crowded but lots of fun.

“Crowded, expensive and not built well for all of those tourists to explore”
Reviewed January 20, 2013 via mobile

I love the store in Vegas. I was excited to shop here. Although expensive, I found some things to buy as gifts. I was even willing to pay inflated prices for specially decorates M&Ms. That's what you do on vacation.
After fighting my way in and upstairs through what seemed like indoor, rush hour traffic, I bought nothing. The line was so long upstairs that I went back downstairs. That line was literally almost a block long. It went from the register to an exit. Unfortunately, I couldn't stand there that long, so I left my goodies.
I will return, but they really should open all registers. That's poor customer service. There were numerous registers upstairs that were closed and would have relieved the lines. Just because people are willing to buy your stuff, don't hold them hostage in line.

“Crowded and expensive”
Reviewed January 16, 2013

Not being the biggest chocolate lover on planet earth means l am most probably more subjective than many reviewers. Besides crowds, the first thing to greet you is the overwhelming smell of cheap chocolate. Plenty merchandise and chocolate to buy and well set up. Better options for chocolate with in walking distance in Time Square.

“Something for everyone”
Reviewed January 15, 2013

This is a great experience just to wander through. You can have someone's name printed on M&M's as a gift ($20), there are small gifts available such as key chains, t-shirts, toys etc. We picked up a few gifts to bring back home. Very central in Times Square. A good place to visit on your holidays.
