This rental was perfect for our family of 6 (with 4 teens!) for a week long vacation in New York City. Beautiful area, and so convenient - only a block to the subway! Within 1/2 block of the famed Red Rooster Restaurant - one of the best meals that we had while in Manhattan! Staying in the brownstone gave our family the awesome experience of living like "real" New Yorkers! On the first floor (yay!), and so cool - just like the pictures. So nice to be able to make breakfast every morning to save a little bit of money. The flat is equipped with all of the pots, pans utensils etc., that you could possibly need! It is air conditioned and has additional fans if needed. The gorgeous high ceilings make it feel really big. So much better than a cramped hotel room! Titi, the property manager was so nice and helpful. Our arrival was perfect and so easy! We looked at so many rentals, but this one was just the best value. Before we arrived, I was a bit nervous that it might be too good to be true - but it did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this rental - we thoroughly enjoyed it!

The apartment met all our expectations. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and easy to access by all means of transportation. Although it is located on a busy street, the noise did not carry into the apartment. There are lots of fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance. We would definitely recommend this place to other friends.

The apartment could use a couple of good reading lamps and some small end tables in the living area -- something to set drinks on other than the floor.
