I had a very nice stay at the Hilton Midtown for three nights last week for a work event. The best part of my stay were meeting two very kind staff: Chef Guy Montgomery met our group at the end of our dinner on Friday night, and he was very kind! He asked how our meals were and made sure everything was just right. I told him I loved the quinoa salad--delicious! And the veggie dumplings were really good too. He was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Another positive experience my colleagues and I had was meeting George the security guard. He was working on the 2nd floor on Saturday afternoon when my colleagues and I needed some help to find the grand ballroom for our evening event later that day. He was very helpful to guide us to the main ballroom and explain how to get around the big facility. We really appreciated his help!
I only have two minor concerns with my visit. 1) My room TV didn't have any signal (Rm. 3352), and 2) The rowing machines in the gym were not in good working order due to rust. They need to be serviced or replaced.
Otherwise, it was a fabulous stay! Thank you to the great staff of this hotel for everything they do to make this a great hotel!More
