Clean, comfy room. Front desk staff very polite and helpful. Great breakfast buffet in the morning. Great location, easy walk to theaters. Would definitely stay again.

Room Tip: Stayed in suite in high floor - plenty of room and very quiet

We just spent 7 nights in this hotel, King size bed, very comfortable, air conditioning worked well, FREE breakfast was excellent and if you couldn't find something to eat for breakfast, it would have been your fault. The staff were excellent, the rooms were clean and the location was excellent within easy walking to Times Square, subway and busses. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit New York City. They also have free internet available which is excellent when one is away from home for so long

Room Tip: we just booked it online and received the room we requested

It's NYC so most rooms are small. For a family of four with way too much luggage this was a squeeze. However all we did was sleep there so apart from showering in the morning it was not a problem. Beds were comfortable and it was really quiet despite being central Manhattan! Not sure of cost as had reward nights so didn't pay.
Free breakfast which was OK but for a hotel that holds mayber 180 guests the seating was awful. Tiny and frenetic. Next time I would grab a coffee and head out to Times Square and sit on the sidewalk where it would be less busy!!
Small supermarket 3 doors down with lovely sushi and lots of good pastries and fruit.
Staff all friendly and helpful. Would return.

Room Tip: Floor 17 and room 1703 is very quiet.

The rooms are small, but as others have said, you only sleep there. The location is great. Theatre district is very close, the excitement of 5th and 6th avenue is truly a 5 minute walk. Our daughter very much enjoyed getting her picture with the Naked Cowboy.

Although you are in a city of millions, the only noise we heard was an ambulance going by the building with the siren.

Breakfast is fine, I would suggest getting there early as seating is limited.

The staff was great, we were able to leave our packs there after checking out so we could travel around. Picked them up at 3 and we were on our way back home. Overall a great place.

Room Tip: Definitely use your AAA discount, saved $30
