This is a nice hotel near Bryant Park - one of the nicest parks in Manhattan - and a relatively short walk from Times Square (although for dining and bars, avoid the Times Square area and go down to Soho / Village / Tribeca).
The rooms are quite clean and spacious, although the bathroom is pretty small. Had a nice small kitchen attached which was a plus, although the fridge could be noisy at night so had to switch it to its lowest setting (anyhow why an empty fridge is kept working overtime these days does not seem very sustainable). The view from my room was pretty poor, but at least it meant that the room was not noisy at all. The dinner area was very poor and certainly recommend going elsewhere, but the breakfast variety was quite acceptable. OK Service aswell, although I never saw the concierge desk staffed and the reception staff was not very helpful with new york tips.
Overall a good hotel which I recommendMore
