Highly recommend this hotel. Close walking distance to Bryant Park, Time Square, Rockefeller center. Sergio at the front desk was awesome. Breakfast buffet had everything I wanted. Bartender was not very curtious. Tell Sergio the "hat ladies" say hello.

Great location, clean hotel, average breakfast. Staff needs better training in costumer service. I'm a Gold Elite member of Marriott Rewards and at time of check in they didn't recognize my status and prepared the room keys like the other regular guest.
Apparently they don't like to deal with latin people.
Don't show interest in helping with luggage at time of check in or check out.
The day of the Thanksgiving Macy's Parade they were very discourteous telling us that we can't stay at the lobby to watch the parade and later when we were on the street we see other guest staying at the lobby.
Honestly this is the worst Marriott hotel the we stayed, staff are not trained to Marriott standards.

Room Tip: Choose a high floor room

Great location and staff. Hotel is a bit worn, but worth it to be in the heart of the city. Easy walking to Macys, Rockefeller Center, shopping and dining. Breakfast space was very crowded - could be that it was Thanksgiving week - and needed a bit more attention for clean up. Great views of parade.

Nice clean hotel, decent bed, coffee maker and coffee, a full size refrigerator, kitchen and all the dishware. They even offer to do your grocery shopping for you! You leave a list at the desk and you only pay for the total on the receipt. I loved all the plug in places next to the bed. Our room (3310) had the most amazing view of the Empire State Building you could ever ask for. Our room was much smaller than other Residence Inn properties we've stayed at but I think that's just normal New York. We only made it to breakfast once out of 5 nights there, but it was okay, with lots of room to move around. Be sure and meet Diogenes at the the front desk as he's fun and full of information you'll want. Walking distance to everywhere - Times Square, the Theater District, Empire State, Bryant Park, Macys, the subway and many places to eat.

Went for a three night stay over Thanksgiving holiday. Facility and staff were accommodating and answered any questions we had to the area sights. The facility and room were clean and well appointed. Wi-Fi was no problem. Breakfast buffet was typical menu and staff kept things neat and clean. Great location for the parade, Times Square and Radio City Music Hall. Only concern was parking, they have valet service, but with busy curb area, took a few trips around the block, before the car was able to be parked. Took 30 minutes for the car to be returned for departure. Certainly a motel we would return to.
