The front desk staff and bell staff were wonderful. The first room that I was given did not fit my needs, and the night manager personally took care of my request and moved me. The management staff takes great pains to be available to guests. The hotel, however, is a little tired, and room that I moved from had a lumpy couch that supposedly could be made into an extra bed.
The service in the restaurant at breakfast was okay, but not exceptional. On Saturday night, the friend I was traveling with had dinner there, and one of the guys who was part of the nightly entertainment was hitting on her ! The only other thing was that on several floors, the housekeepers left their carts out in the hallways all night, and it was hard to get around, especially with a suitcase.More
