It was an interesting night with a twist on Diznee favorites. The queens were amazing performers. My mom and I enjoyed the evening very much. Ms Holly Day was a fabulous host!

Was here for the first time in February 2014 to see Joan Rivers. She, nor the theatre, disappointed. Wonderful intimate venue and great service. Easy to find and one-of-a-kind feel to the whole evening. There is a food/beverage minimum ($15.00 when I was there) but this is to be expected. If you you have never seen the genius that is Joan Rivers live, do yourself a favor and see her here. You will not be disappointed.

Bonus Tip: Joan's full proceeds from the show go to charity.

Stopped in here to see "A Very Cougar Christmas" with Sherry Vine and Pandora Boxx. The venue is classic supper club with the food from the upstairs West Bank Club. Delicious and reasonable. If you get the chance, just go.

So, knowing that a theater is in the basement of a restaurant doesn't start you off with high hopes for the evening, but this turned out to be one of our favorite hideaways in NY. Located close to Times Square, the food is the same as upstairs at the West Bank Cafe -- which is to say excellent. The shows presented (sometimes two or three a night) can vary widely in quality and quirkiness -- we've seen some wonderful singers, offbeat comedies, and quirky revues, as well as some less-than-enjoyable acts, but the venue itself is always charming.
