We visited during Restaurant Week and their specials were incredible! The restaurant clearly offers many options and great service. The staff are friendly and attentive as well as knowledgeable. We are thrilled to have been introduced to this dining experience. The outdoor garden and art display (currently under construction) are delightful. What a pleasant surprise! Reservations are a must.

This place is one of our favourite places in NYC. We visited it several times and they never seem to dissapoint. However, our last visit, during the restaurant week did not thrill us. Some of the dishes were simply too simple for their standards and did not live up to their usual visual nor flavour standards. Nevertheless, bucket and bubbles is something that could brighten even the poorest day - constantly the best chicken ever!

I was very very happy with the food and service 5 out of 5 the wine however just did not go with any part of the meal. Maybe a different visit with a different menu will be better. Don't let this stop you from going just choose your own wine. Thanks for a great night.

The white table service on one side looking out to the rock and statue garden is 2 star Michelin. The other side, separated by a glass wall is the bar room, more casual but same food food. We ordered the set lunch which on a Restaurant Week was an excellent deal. They had offered a shorter selection from their regular lunch extensive menu as opposed to giving lesser items for lesser price. I appreciate that. The atmosphere is convivial even though a serious business lunch is not out of place and the acoustics is fine to hear well.

The six course menu, although sounds extra expensive, is worth every dime. The staff of the Modern, very attentive and genuinely polite, make you feel comfortable to spend time enjoying what they serve
