This is a little place with seating for maybe 30 people or so. It is very loud. The sushi bar can seat about 5. And takeout is very popular. Nedless to say, the four sushi chefs are working flat out, so it takes some time to get your sushi.
However, it is worth the wait. The fish is super fresh, super tender. The rolls are generous and attractive, and their presentation is expectedly nice. It was not the best sushi I have had, but it was better than most for its freshness.
Unpleasant surprise was when one of the chefs took his vinyl gloves off, revealing pealing and cracked finger tips. I was grateful that our rolls had been prepared before he decided to forgo the protective layer.
New to me were the green spinach vegetarian gyoza!
The service was excellent and friendly.
