“Late night, a burger and cold-one.”

Wanted some food and a drink before bed after 1 am. Hurley's was open and still serving. Food, drink and service were great.

There's nothing like a really tasty late night snack & a nice cold one. Thanks for mentioning Hurley's and we're really happy you enjoyed the food and service.
Cheers

“Food was good, service slow”
Reviewed July 15, 2013

I went to lunch here a few days ago with some friends (total of 6 of us). I ordered a burger which was pretty good (and large portion). The food itself was pretty good but the service was incredibly slow (and there were only 2 or 3 other tables filled at the same time). Seems like a good place to hang out with friends and maybe have drinks and apps, but not sure I'd go back for a meal.

We apologize for your service not being up to speed on the day you dined with us, and we will take this as a note on where we can approve. Glad to hear you enjoyed the taste and portion of your burger! We completely agree this is a great spot to hang out with friends and we aim to make everyone feel at home. Hope you'll give us another try soon.

Dear Sandy,
Pleasure having you with us at Hurleys. Large groups can be more challenging to accommodate, so it's fantastic hearing you enjoyed the food and made good time in order to get to your show! Your review let's us know we're doing our jobs well.
Hope to see you all again

“Great beer selection!”
Reviewed July 11, 2013

We stopped in for beer and there were many to choose from. Our waitress was especially helpful and cool, helping us choose beer to our tastes. We did not have any food but heard from others at our hotel next door that the food was very good.

“Stay away and avoid any disappointment.”
Reviewed June 27, 2013

My recommendation here is simply don't bother visiting in the first place although it is OK for a beer. Food and service is a nightmare.

Visited for a pre-theater dinner. Seated immediately and ordered wine and drinks, I ordered a Filet Mignon which was tasteless while my husband ordered a Salmon Filet which didn't appear with his side order for some reason. After telling the waiter (who was hopeless) the Salmon came quickly......too quickly, in fact, only a couple of minutes after the waiter admitted not ordering it! Clearly micro waived and frozen vegetables with no attempt to hide it either and although not the most expensive for the Theatre district it isn't the cheapest either considering what you get.

Did get a full refund though as this was the worst meal we have ever had.......anywhere.

Tip 1: Stay away to avoid disappointment or try La Masseria Italian across the road.

Tip 2: Hurleys' management should go for a meal in La Masseria and learn about good food and how to run a restaurant.
