Being in NY for a business trip I went there for a dinner on my own. The place was almost empty, also because it was quite late, so I experienced a very relaxed environment, and enjoyed the nice dark-wood furniture that gives the place a typically irish look. I didn't expect much from the place, so it was a pleasant surprise to discover that the food was really good (The crab pie worth a try) as well as the overall service.
Recommended if you're looking for a non-expensive dinnner with a good quality level.
Great value for money.

Found restaurant by chance and had an excellent meal. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Food was great but as usual was too much. I would recommend all to this restaurant for the lively atmosphere and great company.

Excellen food, excellent service and price was quite reasonable. And they sell Magnas, so I was happy! Mum even managed a boddingtons!! and she doesnt drink. Lovely atmosphere, almost walked past as it looked too busy, but the staff were very accomodating. Highly recommended

One of the best meals so far in NYC.
We both had the steak with mashed potatoes. It was well prepared, and we didn't wait very long. Only minus was that the meal was not very warm when it arrived at the the table.
Since it both is a bar and a restaurant you have to expect some noise.
I would go again.

This is your classic Irish pub with good food, friendly staff and reasonably priced drinks. Not sure if we were there on a slow night, though e sat upstairs and were able to have a conversation without shouting. Not easy to find in New York.
