“best, cleanest Dallas BBQ's!”
Reviewed March 28, 2012

I love coming to this location its the best out of the franchise. You can get a meal for under $10. Plus the oversize drinks, i love it! Have been going since they opened years ago, and i still love going today

“Good”
Reviewed February 18, 2012

Got there for dinner at 6:30. It was crowded with after work bar-goers and families come for the large, inexpensive meals. My strawberry daiqueri was the most delicious I've ever tasted. My corn 0n the cob was bland and I would not order that again, my steak over salad was fresh and tasty. The service was very attentive, cheerful, and polite.

“Finger Licking Pork”
Reviewed February 13, 2012

The pulled pork is to die for, and don't worry about feeling hungry, the words Dallas BBQ and small portions don't go together, excellent value, the place is never empty which speaks volumes.

“We felt unwelcome, not valued as a customer and food was not that good.”
Reviewed January 25, 2012

On January 6th, 3 of my coworkers and I went to the BBQ's restaurant on 23rd St, 8th Ave in NYC. As it was already the end of lunch time, the restaurant was more than half empty. We decided to sit at a booth rather than a table, but were told and forced to get up and sit at a regular table because the booths are only for parties of 5 or more (there was 4 of us). This would be acceptable if the restaurant was crowded, but it was empty and there were plenty of other booths and they were all empty! The servers were actually all idling around talking amongst themselves since the restaurant was so empty, yet we could not sit where we would like??! Rosa Matos (manager on duty) told us we could only sit at the booth but we are required to pay an additional 15% on our bill. We could have easily left and chosen to go to another place, but since we did not have time to go somewhere else we decided to stay and sit at a regular table. Yet this type of treatment, where we were REQUIRED to PAY a FEE just to sit where we want at an EMPTY restaurant really dampened our experience and opinion of the establishment and their business service. We work in a corporate environment and often have business lunches and were never treated this way ANYWHERE. Food was not that good either, it tasted like it wasn't fresh and cold. What made it even worse was that your employee Rosa Matos said we could speak to her manager before we leave. As we paid the bill, gave the gratuity and were about to leave, we saw her talking to her supervisor, who she said is the restaurant manager, and approached to speak to him. As we told him the issue, he abruptly interrupted us by saying "he lost his voice and can't talk" and walked away. After we just saw him talking to the other employee for at least 10 minutes!!! We spent over $100 at BBQ and such an unpleasant welcome and experience should not be given to anyone, especially long standing customers who have returned many times to the establishment.
