If you happen to be in the neighborhood for something else and have extra time to kill I'd go see it, but don't go out of your way. It is a different way of seeing the city but not terribly interesting. NYC has a lot more to offer.

This is such a nice walk. When we came in winetr this year it was way to cold to walk the whole way, but now in September it was great. It's an oasis in the middle of the city. You can have on top views on the streets. I still remember how it looked from below, in the 90ies! Not such a nice area then.

We walked from one end to the other getting a different perspective on New York, peaceful & restful way yo experience the big apple. Elevators are available at different points to cater for all abilities.

It's an interesting idea. I was a little bored, but the people we were with really liked it. It's an interesting view of the city. Building, ordinary work, working port, etc. Not disappointing really, but nothing to worry about if you miss it.

The High Line is a must see! You have to be dressed for cold weather cause its windy up there. The walk is surprising, beautiful architecture. I hope it will be extended in the future.

I had never heard about the High Line until I read about it in a James Patterson book. A little research prior to the trip and it was added to the list of things to do. We walked from the south to the north end of the High Line. The weather was misty but the views were still interesting.

Enjoyed walking the Highline to Chelsea Market. Even in the rain it was gorgeous. Fun to look at old buildings.

I've walked the High Line in the Summer and Fall, midweek and weekend and both times I just loved being there. People watching in NYC is practically an event and on a beautiful day, there is just no place better to take your time and enjoy.
