We have been on this Small hotel for 4 nights. It’s full of very friendly and helpful staff and Clean rooms. It have really good breakfast in a room decorated as a small france cafe. Overall the hotel have a very cosy spirit. I can fully recommend the hotel. We’ll be back for sure.

We stayed here for 10 nights with another couple and fell in love with not only the hotel but it's staff.
The staff are very accommodating and after 10 days we did not want to leave.
Our room was small but well appointed and a great haven at the end of the day for our weary legs.
Close to the subway we raced all over the city and never felt unsafe often not arriving back to the hotel till well after midnight.
Breakfast was always a highlight, we loved Eduardo and his eggs, but needed maybe a change after such a long time. But not all customers stay as long as we did. His coffee was fantastic and we even bought our own Almond milk to add to our coffees.
Thanks for helping us celebrate a 40th and a 50th in the Big apple.
Highly recommend this boutique hotel xx

We just came back from NYC after four nights at The Broome. This is a charming place with a good athmosphere where we were really well taken care of. Friendly and professional staff who is always helpful and giving the little extra. Nice and clean rooms and excellent breakfast just after our taste. Highly recommended.

My wife, son and I stayed at the Broome for our two week holiday in NYC in a Deluxe Junior Suite. This my second time here.

Our room was street facing but extremely quiet. It was well sized for the tree of us and we did not feel cramped over the two weeks we were there.

The location of the hotel was excellent. We were able to walk to China Town, Little Italy, West and East Village. The subway station was a five minute walk away and with that we could get to anywhere in from Central Park to Downtown or across to Brooklyn in 10 minutes. Which was so much faster than a car in the gridlocked streets.

Saving the best for last were the staff.

It is difficult to express how well we were treated. How they made to experience move beyond that associated with a hotel more towards a community.

Starting with Eduardo and his delicious breakfasts with excellent coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, hot french pastries, fruit and yoghurts and the wonderful chats we would have.

Moving on to Eric, James, Justin at front desk who helped us arrive and find our way about. (and others too)

An effortless stay.

Thank you to you all.

My husband suprised me with a trip to NY for my birthday, booked the hotel and everything! We have developed a preference for smaller boutique hotels and The Broome confirmed that this is the way to go. The hotel is situated in Soho and easy walking distance to the subway and several fabulous restaurants.

Steps up to the hotel are a tad steep with the door slightly more than halfway, which makes things a little tricky when arriving with a suitcase. Once inside the hotel, the reception area is tiny, and shares space with some kind of boutique, not really sure if it's part of the hotel. The rooms are set around a courtyard, on the ground floor there is a very charming little cafe where they serve complimentary breakfast.

The rooms are absolutely lovely, super trendy with lots of very nice little touches. The beds are comfortable and the whole room is immaculately clean. Because of the courtyard arrangement the room was very quiet and it was hard to imagine that the hotel is slap bang in the middle of a huge, bustling city.

All of the staff we met were friendly and very helpful.

So in summary, yes, we would most definitely recommend The Broome and will stay here again next time we are in NY.
