The decor is brilliant, very old fashioned - wood panelling that looks 19th century and cute beds. Our room was miniature and when they had to put a roll away bed in it, that was that, no walking around. The bathroom was tiny too - just a shower and you could brush your teeth in the basin while showering, but it all added to the charm of the hotel. The bar turned out to have a really good vibe when we came back late and the restaurant looked lovely, tho we didn't get to experience the food.
The service was great and the location was perfect for us as most of what we were doing was around the Greenwich area.
One gripe - the rugs in the halls and lifts. They look very nice but with rolling suitcases were a health hazard and difficult to negotiate.
But apart from that, a great atmospheric hotel. I will definitely stay here in future.
