Description: Cafe Un Deux Trois has been located in the heart of Times Square since 1977. We opened when the neighborhood was still very rough , and quickly became THE brasserie to stop for dinner and drinks before heading off to Studio 54 and Xenon to dance the night away. We were and still are frequented by American and European theater and film actors, as well as politicians, directors, local New Yorkers and tourists from around the world. You will find many a Broadway cast and crew member hanging out after the show on any given night. We recently had a facelift featuring enormous windows and a new color scheme. The food while still classic bistro fare has expanded to include a variety of sandwiches, hamburgers and an extensive breakfast. We have also added a selection of savory and sweet crepes to our dining choices.

“Good place for lunch”
Reviewed July 4, 2013

Had a nice leisurely lunch here. We both had crepes and they were very good. Service was good but we felt a little bad for them because the boss was yelling at them (In French, you never know when someone from Montreal might be eating there!). If you are visiting New York and want a nice relaxing lunch, this is a good place to go. Accommodated a stroller and a fidgety baby. Bistro is near Toys R Us and Disney Store in Times Square. Looks like a classic Bistro with high ceilings.

“Incredible Crepes - Good Place for Breakfast”
Reviewed July 4, 2013

We wandered into this place for breakfast. They were the best crepes we'd ever had. Staff was good ~ although a little hard to find when we were trying to get refills on our coffee. Nice, friendly place. Since it was breakfast, it wasn't too crowded so it was nice and quiet. My friend ordered the orange juice and was appalled that the tiny glass was $5. Other than that, the breakfast was comparably priced to most in NYC but of much better quality.

Good staff, quick service.

Do not order Bloody Mary, whatever that was, that wasn't it. Escargots are tasteless, the crepes are ok.

“Good Bistro Fare”
Reviewed June 26, 2013

Feels like a Bistro in France -busy and crowded. Right near Times Square but on a relatively quiet block - getting away from the hustle and bustle of the territory. Loved the French Onion soup and the warm french bread!

“A French Bistro in the Heart of the Theater Distrcit”
Reviewed June 23, 2013

We were meeting friends to go the the theater and wanted to find a restaurant that would have great food and be quiet so we could hear each other and still make it to the show on time. My wife suggested we try Cafe Un Deux Trois, which was a perfect choice. If you want to eat a meal that might remind you of being in Paris, you could but if you wanted a salad and a hamburger, you could choose to eat that as well.I started with a perfectly made Bloody Mary and proceeded to have a shrimp Caesar Salad and a delicious Crepe Suzette for dessert. Everyone we were with loved their meals and I would urge you to consider this great restaurant the next time you are planning to be heading to the Theater District.
