I have had pizza all over the North East...from the best in Connecticut to New Jersey and NYC. Johns is the best.... hands down!! They cook these amazing pies in coal fired ovens. The smokey flavor permeates every bite. If you plan to go...go as soon as they open. Usually within 30 minutes there is an ever increasing line. People don't come here for the waitstaff or their personalities (not very friendly and often in a hurry) they come for the pizza. If you want the true NY pizza experience...its gotta' be Johns!
