“Best Bloody Mary!!”
Reviewed August 19, 2014 via mobile

Order the crab claw Bloody Mary and kick back while the staff prepares your delicious meal! The lobster roll was incredible, as was the tuna melt we tried. This place has a rustic New England charm in it's open airy space. Skip the line at the overrated deli next door and have a real treat!

“Nice rustic seafood find”
Reviewed July 28, 2014

Not a lot of restaurants like this anymore in the city. I think this one hasn't been here long at this East Village location on Houston St. near the Sunshine Cinema. Almost garage-like, rustic & very casual with long communal tables. You order at the bar & food is brought over on short notice. Almost exclusively seafood, not as cheap as you would think, but you get what you pay for. Really good fried clams as an substantial appetizer. The lobster salad as an entree was simple & healthy -lots of boiled lobster, field greens, onions & avocado with a light vinaigrette dressing. This was my first visit, but will return to explore the rest of the menu, including the lobster & corn soup.

“Yummy food-very trendy”
Reviewed July 17, 2014

The food here was very good. They have cider also. Its a little pricey but our food was delicious. Got a lobster tail, shrimp, brussel sprouts and my aunt got lobster, shrimp, and cole slaw. Two angry orchards and we were happy! You order at the counter and then choose a table. There is no table service except they bring your food out when its ready and replenish your drinks if you need one.

“Loved it Every Time”
Reviewed June 29, 2014

Went here several times for brunch and was never disappointed.

The blood marys are a must, they are garnished with a huge variety of things including a piece of crispy bacon. The lobster Shepards pie is amazing with lots of spinach mixed in. The lobster salad with grapefruit is very fresh with ample amounts of lobster and perfect for the summer. The flank flounder fillet is really tasty as are the side dishes.

The restaurant has long wooden tables and feels very roomy with the high ceiling and the garage door store front lets in a lot of light.

There isn't table service so you must order at the bar which is a little annoying and I would definitely recommend they rethink that but the staff is all extremely friendly.

Very good quality and overall fantastic place a real gem in the Lower East Side.

“NYC Closed for renovations”
Reviewed May 27, 2014 via mobile

Really excited to try this place based on the reviews and that my hotel wasn't too far away. Imagine my surprise when I got there and the NYC location was closed for renovations. I had to go to Katz's which is next door; I'm a pescitarian so u wasn't too geeked about that
