Amazing food and service. If you love sea food this place is a must! The oysters are top quality and lobster was the best I have tasted. Great setting for an anniversary Meal.

Had a brunch reunion with old friends. The Water Club is just lovely. It has a wonderful view (right on the East River), great service, delicious food, and free parking. The restaurant was decorated for the holidays including multiple holiday trees and train sets under the trees in the lobby. It was a beautiful day so we had a great view from the windows.

We had 13 people at a round table. It was perfect for chatting and catching up.

We had reservations at the start of Sunday brunch, 12 noon. Those who were early sat in the bar area.

For brunch there is an a la car menu with regular entrees and a brunch menu. Some ordered from the brunch menu: delicious blueberry pancakes with sausage ($16), lobster roll and a fantastic 3 course lobster brunch ($51). The cocktails were superb. Many enjoyed ice cream for dessert (served with 3 flavors of your choice).

It was An absolutely perfect dining experience and. Great place to hold a reunion or get-together.

The food here was really good, although for my personal taste it lacked only slightly in flavour. The meat we ordered were cooked perfectly, but just lacked a touch of seasoning considering the price. The wine was very nice, we had the cheapest Merlot, which we didn't expect to have much flavour, however it surprised us.

The service was mostly spot on and friendly, apart from one server which tended to us mostly, who had absolutely no sense of humour and was rather obnoxious.

The ambience was hands down the best part, it's definitely up there with restuarants that have the best atmosphere. As you sit over the water at night watching boats and helicopters pass, with the views of Brooklyn and the bridges lit up, it makes for a romantic scene - especially with their personal piano player.

We went for our honeymoon and I mentioned that to the staff, as we were hoping for something a little special. Unfortunately nothing happened. I suppose you'd have to be more direct if you're feeling cheeky like us and want a "congratulations" on your dessert or something.

If you're looking to go somewhere romantic with good food, and with your partner, then I'd definitely recommend this place.

We went here for brunch. It is a nice place with a lovely view but I found it a bit old fashioned for my taste (in decor and food style). Food though was good and service was helpful and friendly. Worth a try if you prefer a more traditional style.

Beautiful place to have drinks and dinner. We started the night at the rooftop bar, The Crows Nest and watched the sunset over margaritas. We went downstairs for dinner. Great views of the East River while dining. The mater d, Dan Sweeney, was very friendly and attentive. The food, however, was disappointing. I guess you don't come here for the food.
