easy to make a reservation, friendly staff.
beautiful decorum with these amazing wood bench facing the bar, even the men's bathroom is worth the look.
It was our 2nd brunch there. This time, we chose the garden. Great sensation with these plants and birds flying around while it s freezing outside.
Food was excellent, i would recommend the pulled pork with a warning on the spice level: super hot.
Price is reasonable, $80 for 4 people including expresso cafe. Service was very polite and discrete. Definitely a nice place to start from and enjoy the high line or the chelsea market at the next corner.

I had dinner at The Park yesterday on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was crowded, so it is obviously quite popular. The service was excellent. The staff is competent and polite. The prices are also very reasonable for Manhattan which could account for its popularity.

For dinner, I ordered an appetizer: the octopus salad with chick peas and a vinaigrette dressing. I could barely chew the octopus - it had the consistency of rubber. They also serve burgers and pizza, and neither option is in any way outstanding.

If you are a foodie, this is absolutely not the place for you. If you are looking for a pleasant atmosphere, reasonable prices, good service and very mediocre food, then this is the place for you.

The Park is a diversion worthy checking out while walking the High Line. It keeps the outdoors theme right in the restaurant - quirky and fun, with a few birds to boot. We needed something light and tasty - ordered the grilled octopus and cuttlefish with cucumbers, watermelon and feta - a delight. The dish was light but full of refreshing flavor. The cuttlefish was a bit tough, but the octopus had a great charred flavor. Also got the chef's cheese and meats board - perfect portions of delicious treats.
Had breakfast here in the past, and it was a decadent delight.
Highly recommend - but be prepared for volume - it is loud, and busy.

Like many of the other reviews stated, this place has a great vibe and atmosphere, with average food, maybe slightly above average. Very hip and urban, and has great indoor/outdoor spaces with cool use of the plants.

I had the privilege of celebrating a family wedding in this magical place right smack in New York City. The bride was looking for a natural setting and discovered this restaurant and I was completely enchanted. The meal was set in the atrium, where trees populate the area and creat a feeling of being outside, while you are totally protected under glass. The staff is young, dynamic and ws extremely helpful all through the planning and tweaking of last minute details. The meal was delicious and the servers very much attuned to everyone's needs. My personal favourite of the entire event was the bar area. You feel like you have been projected to Shanghai in the 30's- superb decor, all in red with paper lanterns and authentic pictures on the wall. Walking into this room in the evening with candles lit was like walking into another place in another time. The crowd waiting to get in once our wedding party left leads me to believe I am not the only one who thinks this is a great place to spend an evening, not just celebrate a marriage!
