Description: A modern seafood restaurant, where Broadway energy meets quiet sophistication. This year we are very excited to announce our three story New Year's Eve extravaganza. The celebration will include an open bar, small plates and canapes by both Chef Ivy Stark of Dos Caminos and Chef Juan Carlos Ortega from Blue Fin, live entertainment including DJs, live band, magicians, fortune tellers, acrobats, and more, and a special giveaways for every guest. Tickets are on sale now.

Blue Fin is recommended in Fodor's but we found it by accident. On Broadway in the midst of Times Square, Blue Fin is a quiet respite from the madness of Times Square. Inside the restaurant, the noise fades away and you can rest easy for the length of your meal. The menu is seafood based with at least one chicken dish for the non-fish eaters. The prices are reasonable (for NYC and for being in the middle of Times Square). If you are in the area and don't want to eat at Crazy Larry's Chicken Hut or at a national chain, Blue Fin is a solid choice.

If you like sushi, this is the place to be whether you are gluten free or not! The combinations were delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed the basil salmon roll!

Would go back for desserts and the people watching location but not for dinner. Caesar salad was very sour tasting and although hungry had to put the fork down. Husband loved his crab cake entree, my grilled shrimp were overcooked so just ok. Desserts were a real hit, salted Caramel Cake and a slice of a special type of Key Lime Pie. Since it's in Times Square would make a good place to enjoy a dessert after dinner.

Tried only bar without main restraunt.
Quite interesting for two points:
- they make very interesting own coctails and can do almost everything by request (made my favorite coctail with description foud by me in internet)
- great view through glass walls to times square - you can see all the people crossing 47th street it's very interesting :)

Went for dinner during Restaurant Week. The beautiful, soaring room compliments the tasty, well-prepared food. The fish dishes are great, but don't overlook the short rib pasta, and other non-fish alternatives. Returned for a late dinner and the service was better. The food is constantly excellent.
