Three of us had dinner here on Saturday night pre-theater. It is a tiny, warm place, with older French wait staff. The bread was excellent, as is the house vinaigrette which accompanied the bread (along with butter). Two of us had escargot, which they both loved, and I had the soup, which was a cream of tomato -- too much cream, but lovely nonetheless. Then two of us had the brook trout special, and the third loved the beef bourguignon. My only real quibble with the place is that the wine glasses are small and cheap. They should upgrade them.
