If you are interested in moste excellent food, and in interesting stories about most excellent food, and in the most sublime and extraordinary service, totally New York, with a touch of World, then go there. Spend a couple of dollars and you will have treated yourself nicely. And besides, if you are interested in trying to re-cook some of the dishes, buy the cookbook of Dani Humm. Feasible although at high level. We went there for lunch on a Saturday and hung out on the Highline afterwards. NY at its best.

My expectations for this restaurant were super high.
3 michelin stars, 4th best restaurant in the world.
We have a saying in flemish that you if you expect to much you will be always disappointed, let me tell you something, this was the best restaurant experience i have ever had in my life. I would literally fly to new york alone just to experience this restaurant. I have been to Daniel, Jean George, Per Se,... This restaurant is just another level.
The food was superb and service was out of this world. My table was even invited in the kitchen to try one course. The whole experience was out of this planet. Wine list is one of the best i have ever seen.
Highly recommendable for an unforgettable experience.

Very disappointed as this was our 4th visit; however, we didn't realize that it was now only a Prix Fixe menu. During our previous visits there was a menu allowing one to choose each of their dishes, which were excellent and very good portions. We were a table of 6 and all walked away wondering "where's the beef" as we were all still hungry after a 14 course dinner and a $2600 bill! The atmosphere, service, the table, cocktails, wine and the attention to detail were all excellent! We won't be returning until they return to their previous menus.

Service was top notch. Menu was creative and fun. The dining room was terrific and comfortable. The dress code truly is smart casual. I wore a dress shirt and chinos. No tie. No jacket. Some wore suits. Others wore blazers. Some wore jeans.

List by one review as the best restaurant in the USA and 4th in the world. I wouldn't go that far but it is a rest experience to have eaten there. The wine list is extensive and has wines over $10K listed. It's pricey so be prepared. Great service and attention to detail.

Food is inventive and in a tasting portions.
