Description: What used to be a garage in the 20's is now a casual American restaurant famous for its live Jazz & late night meals. Out-of-towners & locals alike dive into the a la carte dinners & Prix Fixe Brunches while watching the show. In the summer, the outdoor cafe is an airy spot for micro-brewed beers, raw bar selections & a wide range of fresh seafood & grilled steaks. In the winter, tables around the stone fireplace warm crowds.

Cool place, good music, good food. Nice and experienced staff; a special mention for Melinda who kindly gave us many helpful info, also she speaks italian fairly.

We walked in on a Saturday night and lucked into a table near the jazz trio--great music! Our server was nice but busy--can'tsay she really added to the experience. Enjoyed the food

Visited the Garage after reading aome good reviews on TripAdvisor about the great Sunday bruch. It was spot on, my mum and I had a great time! Had a great seat upstairs in the restaurant overlooking the main floor where a 4 piece jazz band set up and played while we ate. For £21.95 we had the brunch with choice of drink (I had mimosa, my mum had bloody mary), and we added $6 each to the bill to get unlimited drinks!
The food was lovely - great home made burgers and lovely eggs with smoked salmon.
Service was great too, and it was good value for money.
Would definately recommend it, and will be going back when I return to NYC!
