“You Must Go !”
Reviewed September 14, 2006

Excellent steaks, excellent, friendly, fun service. Bill will be on the high side but you will feel that it was worth it! Highly recommend the "Monday Night Salad" as an alternative to the standard Caesar or House Green-leafy thing, and also highly recommend the garlic mashed potatos and just about anything else. My wife has fish on both our visits, all superb. Desserts are expensive ($12 +) but you must splurge and try one...huge, perfectly baked and moist chocolate cake. I have nothing bad to say about this place! Awesome.

“Highly Recommended”
Reviewed June 11, 2005

If you are looking for nice place to have appetizers and drinks or a nice steak dinner The Palm is it. We ordered shrimp cocktail, caesar salad and steaks cut up appetizer style and enjoyed it all over a few cocktails. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was fun!

“Huge portions, friendly service”
Reviewed January 4, 2005

A friend of mine referred me to the Palm on my most recent visit to New York. It has a very masculine atmosphere, with large wooden booths and caricatures on the walls. The food was good, with huge portions. I'm a big eater, and I only ate half my salmon. I'm told the lobster is fantastic, but it was out of my price range for that evening. Sides are family style, a large order big enough for three or four people, so everyone agrees on a couple of sides to share. Our server was very friendly and professional. It was hard to turn down the dessert tray, but I was just too full!!
