“Old School Italian”

Delightful - from the host to the servers to the food. Intimate dining room with great decor. The atmosphere is laid back, not touristy, and the food is superlative. My swordfish came steamed with a whisper of fresh tomato sauce and basil. Heavenly.

“Great food and great atmosphere”
Reviewed April 28, 2013 via mobile

Enjoyed dinner at Patsy's so much we went back 2 nights later. Good menu and long wine list (lot of Italian wines as you'd expect). The dessert cart is reason enough to get there early and hold back on appetizers.

Patsy's is warm, welcoming and feels like it has probably always been that way. Definitely worth a visit

“Great Italian in The City”
Reviewed April 25, 2013

The history of the place oozes out of the walls. Loved the pictures of the celebs. Loved the professionalism of the staff. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. The food was top quality, prepared well and FRESH...Im picky about my greens.
We will definately be back!

“Always a winner! I'm a big fan!”

As a Patsy's regular, whenever where in the neighborhood, and friend of the house since several years now, this truly is a great place. If you're looking for style, quality, service and history, you're in the right place. The Scognamillo family has owned and operated this fine Southern Italian restaurarant for almost 80 years now, and it is a true staple of any NY visit.

Food is served with style, classic dishes of ample size and simply great taste.

If you want a fantastic Italian lunch or dinner in a stylish classic decor, and a warm welcome by the family, you're in the right place. If you expect to be able to dine with your baseball cap on and eat for 10$, walk past please, the Olive Garden's where you need to be... Dress up! (as it should be everywhere...)

Personal favories include: fresh roasted peppers with mozzarella, manicotti, and the veal dishes.

“Come with an appetite!”
Reviewed April 21, 2013 via mobile

Stopped in for a nice lunch, and some nice quiet time. Started with the lentil soup which was excellent. Rigatoni for main course, perfect al dente as it should be, along with a nice Chianti. Ended with the cannoli cake, and a espresso. I highly recommend this place, and next time in NYC will join them again for dinner.
