“Delicious!”

Had a wonderful dinner with great service. For New York, reasonably priced, bottle of wine, salads. Meal, and dessert for 120.

“Very nice choice in theater district”
Reviewed November 8, 2013

Found at last minute on a Saturday night, they were able to accommodate us with a nice and professional service, even with the kids. Nothing spectacular, but well done italian food that the family enjoyed so much that we went back a second time. Not too expensive.

“Delicious food”

Delicious Italian food! Homemade pastas are so good. Service is great too! Great place to eat before or after seeing a Broadway play.

“Fine. Not bad. but not good either.”
Reviewed October 31, 2013

Blandest veal piccata I've ever eaten. This dish should be powerful with a white wine, butter 7 lemon reduction with capers. Was weak and flavorless. Didn't taste 'bad', because it didn't taste much of anything. Worth the trip to little Italy to avoid this place.

“One of the best Italian meals ever!”
Reviewed October 30, 2013

My husband, brother-in-law, mother-in-law and myself ate here before seeing After Midnight (in previews at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. Terrific, BTW!). We chose it because it was right next door to our theater, but WOW, were we thrilled with this place. The service was attentive, but not obtrusive. And the food...possibly the best Italian meal we've ever had (And brother-in-law and I have both eaten in Italy quite a few times). Risotto with a very generous amount of shrimp and scallops, A penne Arrabbiata with just the right amount of heat. Perfect Italian bread served with both olive oil and butter. No chance to try the desserts, as we were running late (our fault, not theirs), but lots of choices on the menu. Prices no higher than we would pay in the suburbs. If you are in the theater district, GO!
