At $1,200 night for one King Bed the suite was large but customer service lacking in the Towers. As was the false advertising of the availability of hotel Mercedes. ONE for 700 visitors and NOT available on Tuesday at all. Breakfast room service for 3 was over $300 for eggs, pancakes and oatmeal and tea. The sofa bed was awful; not made up when arriving back at room at 11:00 pm. Impossible to move marble table in front of it.
No utensils in "kitchenette" so basically not usable unless you go buy plates/forks/cups, etc.. Half windows don't do the view justice as hotels with floor/ceiling windows we have occupied in the City. Don't plan on staying again. This was planned as a special trip and was somewhat of an embarrassing nightmare, to which no one addressed unless they were chased down .More
