Had some time before a meeting at a office building not far from Little Collins. Walked in grabbed poached eggs and bacon cooked just right and a really good cappuccino.
Glad I found it!

Great little cafe with excellent coffee. I was so happy to get a cappuccino with chocolate powder on top! I visited two times during our stay in NYC, which would have been more if it was closer to my hotel. Both times the cafe was so busy and tables/seats were hard to find. The first visit we were lucky enough to get a seat and sat and enjoyed coffee and the avocado smash. The little cookie that comes on the side of the coffee was delicious. Although, be careful when you get up to get your coffees as people jump on any available seats.
The second time I ordered a takeaway coffee and vegemite toast. The toast had the perfect amount of vegemite on it. The owners are passionate and friendly and were up for a chat even though they were busy. This will be my first stop on our next visit to New York.

Finding the American breakfasts a bit heavy it was wonderful to find fresh food. I had the oats with fresh fruit and my husband had the fresh sage and onion omelette and tomato salsa 'sandwich'. Full of flavour. Took olive and spices bread (cake) and banana bread out to try later. Great coffee and tea. Salads looked delicious for lunch. Great service, small seating area.

Fantastic food really perfect poached eggs and perfect bacon and perfect avocado. The coffee was not to my liking though..

Great little place . If u like tight places and want taste of typical NY street breakfast this is perfect !
Recommend the avocado smash . Followed by banana bread with strong coffee . Best breakfast I’ve had all week by a country mile
Back home to UK after busy business trip with a smile !!
