We wanted some relaxed TexMex, and decided to try the restaurant area at El Rio Grande. At 8pm the placed was packed and the noise at the tables was deafening, so we moved to the bar which was quiet and peaceful--go figure. Mike was our friendly bartender. My mind was set on chicken in mole sauce. The sauce was nicely piquant, the chicken was delicious, and served with beans and rice. Next time I may ask for a salad to try to stay on my flex diet. The staff were all pleasant and accommodating, and next time i will have some fresh fish which I understand comes into the restaurant on Weds.
