I've had Golden Unicorn on my dim sum radar screen for 3 years but never had a chance to go. My wife and I joined another couple for Sunday dim sum. The lobby experience was a loud cacophony of numbers and shouting, with orders to go to a specific floor (this is a multistory restaurant). The 3rd floor is heavy on red and ornate Chinese. At least 50% of the patrons appeared Asian, a nod (I hope) to the food's authenticity. Within minutes of being seated, carts of delicious dim sum rolled by. Everything we had was top-notch. Hot, fresh, and delicious. We ate until our heats' content. Green tea was loose leaf. Bill for four ravenous wolves to eat: $67. Not bad for NYC. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
