“Insanely Good Potato Chips”
Reviewed January 29, 2013

Really loved my recent meal at Dylan Prime. It was "date night" with the husband and we had excellent steaks. For me the best treat was the potato chips I had as a starter. Crispy and light a perfect complement to my wine. I'd go back just for the chips!!! Next time I might just stay in the far more casual bar area.

“5 Stars”

This place is amazing. From appetizer to dessert, no complaints. The staff is courteous, knowledgable & efficient. I love the atmosphere, great for a first date if you want to impress. Reservations aren't a must, but strongly advised. You can dress casual in the lounge, but business casual to dressy is the dress code in the dining room. Drinks are expensive $15-$18 for a basic cocktail. Be prepared to fork over at least $200. For dinner for two. Expensive, but more than worth it !

“Great food, spotty service”
Reviewed January 4, 2013

The food is excellent. I don't eat meat but my husband and son do. The steaks apparently are first rate and the chicken is terrific. We usually start off with the fondue which the kids love and usually fills up my 8 year old. Also, excellent wine list. The service is spotty, though. Sometimes good but often Inattentive and occasionally you get a waiter with an attitude. Also have done work events here which were reasonably priced and very well handled.

“Service is going downhill”
Reviewed December 11, 2012

I have dined at Dylan Prime for years and had the biggest disappointment on my last visit. The food is always excellent but the service in the lounge area can be improved.

“Not your parents steakhouse...”

Cool Tribeca vibe - great cocktail program and bar menu - dark & romantic - yet with great atmosphere. The cheese fondu starter is romantic and fun.
