Was taken to Nobu on my birthday. What a treat!! Everything about the restaurant was fabulous - hip atmosphere, great service and incredible food. I had wonderful sushi but the highlight of the meal was the marinated yellowtail shashimi with jalapeno. Dessert was a wonderful trio of orange flavored delights, of which the blood orange gelato was amazing. Although Nobu is very expensive it is worth the splurge for a special occasion.

We went for dinner and enjoyed the food. Very good quality and the most sophisticated desserts ever, very tasty at the same time. The atmosphere is very relaxing and cool however the people tend to dinner and run away, no time after dinner over a spirituous or liquor so the rest is left empty I you don't feel like drinking a digestive.

One of the best Japanese restaurants in NYC. The black cod with miso is soooo good. I will also recommend the wagyu beef, toro tartar, tuna tataki, and bento box. It is expensive, but definitly worth the money!

Extremely disappointing .. There are so many exceptional restaurants around , this Nobu seemly rides on its original reputation .. It needs to step up big time . Food ok , service average , over priced and the staff refused to order 8 girls a taxi because apparently it's not company policy .. Biggest BS I've heard . Even if your bill is way over 1000 dollars and it's freezing outside they won't order a taxi , great end to an evening !!!!
