Enjoyed dinner at Hu tonight. This is a busy and popular restaurant that serves high quality food with an emphasis on vegetables, though there are also a few meat, chicken and fish options. We opted for a plate of cold salads/sides from the deli case: I had the wonderful "organic primal kale salad" plus roasted asparagus, roasted squash salad, and a wild fish stick. Everything was fresh and tasty. The food is gluten free. We followed up with a concoction from the Mashbar - a mixture of banana cashew cream, chocolate chia pudding with various toppings. The restaurant has pleasing decor but be prepared for a crowded space, self service cafeteria-style, and limited seating at peak times. Also, prices are relatively high.
